Jon “Bones” Jones put on a clinic last night at UFC 159 in his first round TKO of Chael Sonnen. In the process of pummeling Sonnen to retain his light heavyweight title, Jones had no idea that he broke the big toe on his left foot. He finally realized it during the post fight interview with Joe Rogan.
It was funny to see Rogan trying to interview Jones as the adrenaline started to subside and “Bones” clearly was in excruciating pain. At first he seemed more angry that he would have to miss his vacation to Jamaica that he was about to go on. But that quickly changed as he started to freak out a bit.
This is how the match ended…

There has been so talk about this fight and a lot of trash talk. Mostly coming from the Sonnen camp, Chael is a throwback to P.T. Barnum, he is a barker who promotes himself very well. The big question on everyone’s mind is: Can Chael back up his boastful statements and actually beat the Light Heavyweight Champion in the form of Jon “Bones” Jones?... Read more

Jon Jones had to climb the UFC ranks just like any other young up and comer. We tend to forget that he had seven dominant showings before being rewarded with his title shot against Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua. It was a different kind of climb though. Before the Tonight Show appearance, the Rashad Evans soap opera, and the eventual culmination into a Nike sponsorship - this was...

However, three fighters did stand out about the rest in terms of performance, and ultraviolence. Let's start from the top. 1st Star - Pat 'Bam Bam' Healy ...
