When I tuned into this game, it was 2-2 in the bottom of the third inning.  Six innings later, a total of six runs have been scored, all off home runs.  We have all seen the numbers and heard baseball analysts say that new Yankee Stadium is a haven for the long ball, but coming into the brand new stadium for the first time, Jay's fans have actually been able to experience how ridiculously often the ball leaves the park.              The Jays were up 5-3 in the 7th inning after Lind hit a two run shot to take the lead (Jorge Posada had hit a solo shot to make it 3-2).  Johnny Damon comes to bat with a runner on base.  He ends up hitting a weak fly ball that would have been an easy fly ball out in every other baseball park in the Majors.  However, this weak fly ball ends up being a two run homerun to tie the game at five.                By the end of this season, do not be surprised to see Yankees hitters at the top of most offensive categories.  This is not to take away from their offensive talents, as the Yankees do possess some truly fantastic hitters, but it is just ridiculous how easy it is to hit a home run in this park.  No lead is ever safe at Yankees stadium, which is probably the reason why New York leads the majors in come behind victories. On a different note, I would really like to see Travis Snider back up playing for the Jays.  Gaston has tried other avenues by letting Joe Inglett, Russ Adams and now David Dellucci fill in at left field, but Travis Snider is simply our future.  All these other players are short-term solutions for a long-term issue.   Snider is struggling in AAA, batting only .229 with no home runs and 2 RBI'S.  He has been playing in a platoon role with Las Vegas left fielder Aaron Mathews.  Snider has to be given more time to adjust to Major League pitching as the Jays really need him to have a breakout season next year when they attempt to contend for the playoffs,  It is now the top of the tenth inning and Adam Lind is leading off.  I would not be surpirsed if this game is decided by a home run.
