Aw, how nice. The above ad (by way of SB Nation) appeared in the Shreveport Times. While certainly a friendly gesture by the LSU Tigers, what you don’t know is the text that the newspaper opted to edit out prior to publication. Here’s how the ad originally read: From the LSU Tigers to the Missouri [...]

According to Throw The Flag commenter Staff Sargent Daigle is responsible for this. Busted Coverage raised the question that this billboard may have been photoshopped. Apparently the men of 1PLT 926 EN Company were responsible for this if the comments are in fact accurate. With some internet searching, we may have found the guys who were involved in this.
It's nice to see a coach who can express himself without wincing in pain. LSU's Les Miles is pretty much a guy that just does whatever he wants, maybe that's why his players feel they can do/take whatever they want. From eating grass to that weird clap he does to now leading his team in Christmas songs. What can't the guy do?
We’ve seen Les Miles go for it numerous times on 4th down while tenured as the Louisiana State Tiger’s Head Coach. We’ve seen ridiculous fake field goals and punts. We’ve seen him give the craziest quotes in press conferences.
There is already a Twitter account that is just for all of the Les Miles quotes. The man is known for wearing his hat and is nicknamed “The Mad...

I do however, applaud the marketing...

Three days after a win at home over 10th-ranked Marquette, the Tigers (9-3) went on the road and avenged last season's 20-point home loss against a Mean Green squad coached by former LSU player...

LSU Tigers vs North Texas Mean Green Odds
LSU travels to North Texas on Thursday, hoping to boost its 8-3 record with a victory over the Mean Green.
North Texas will face the 8-3 Tigers, who own a 7-2 ATS mark on the season. In totals betting, the Mean Green are 0-6 favoring the UNDER so far this season while the Tigers...
LSU fans are getting a twice their pleasure from John Curtis' 2012 graduating class. Senior TE Dillon Gordon is committed to the Tigers, and senior basketball star Malik Morgan has already signed with head coach Trent Johnson. Last night, Gordon and Morgan helped Curtis' hoops team to the first place trophy in a competitive field at the Country Day Classic.
To welcome their fellow species members, the Missouri Tigers, the LSU Tigers took out a friendly ad in the Shreveport Times. Ths Tigers of Missouri are headed for Shreveport, Louisiana to play in the Advocare Independence Bowl and LSU took the opportunity to get good PR. Since Texas A&M are the Aggies (agriculture), all the farm animal-people mascots should be creating...
