The No. 25 University of Oklahoma women's tennis team won back-to-back matches to start the 2012 season Saturday, defeating Drake, 6-1, and shutting out Arkansas-Little Rock, 7-0, at the Headington Family Tennis Center. Oklahoma (2-0) won all six doubles matches Saturday and took 10 of its 11 singles victories in straight-sets. The Sooners' only loss on the day was at the No. 2 singles position against Drake.
