Foster will team with Fantex Holdings and allow investors to buy and sell interests in him. The stocks are created and ties to the values and performance of an athlete and in this case Foster is the first to sell his brand. “Fantex is bringing sports and business together in a way never previously thought possible, We have built a powerful platform to help build the brands of athletes and celebrities.” Buck French, Fantex Holdings CEO and Co-Founder Buying shares in Foster will be tied to Foster’s economic success. His NFL contracts, endorsements and appearance fees will be part of the equation for the investors. Foster will immediately pocket $10 million off the deal and Fantrex will be selling $10.5 million of “Foster Stocks”. Foster has always thought outside the box and this is no different.
