Oregon Ducks (-45) vs. Colorado Buffaloes: Teams favored by 40 or more cover over 60% of the time. Here’s the thing with this game. The only way it doesn’t cover is if Oregon takes it easy. Unfortunately for the Buffs, the Ducks have to be worried about the BCS Rankings. Just remember something – Oregon was up 43-7 in the first half vs. Arizona State and Arizona State beat Colorado 51-17. You get where I’m going here? Ducks destroy Buffs 71-14.
Kansas State Wildcats (-7) vs. Texas Tech Red Raiders: Clearly I’m buying Kansas State. Both teams beat West Virginia soundly, but I like the ‘Cats at home and the points. Could be a let down game, but I’m taking a veteran QB to avoid the let down. On paper, Tech looks like a real solid bet but this is a pivotal game in the season for K-State as they face a real tough stretch run. They desperately need to win this game. K-State wins it 45-31.

EUGENE, ORE., -- It didn’t take long for the BCS No. 4 Oregon Ducks to take control of its game with Colorado, one minute and 47 seconds to be exact before senior running back Kenjon Barner culminated a five play, 57 yard drive and waltzed in from the 1 for a touchdown. Seven touchdowns later, Oregon went into the lockerroom leading 56-0.

EUGENE, ORE., -- The BCS ranked No. 4 Oregon Ducks (8-0, 5-0) made quick work of the Colorado Buffaloes (1-7, 1-5) on Saturday afternoon, 70-14 in front of a sellout crowd of 57,521. The game was the first time Oregon has scored 70 points in a conference game. Of course the Ducks could have scored more, but the starters were mostly pulled before the end of the first half.
