Yesterday, I sat in my house and waited for a Large Internet Provider That Starts With a C technician to show up. He never did. Turns out my Internet-less day was the result of a "massive outage" in my area, one that made me very unhappy. (So unhappy I had to eat ice cream and play video games to get over the angst.
