SATURDAY'S STORYLINES: Wild coach Mike Yeo jokedFriday that if Pierre-Marc Bouchard (facial injury) was ready tonight he thinks they could find a spot for him. Bouchard might be ready to take that spot.
Bouchard participated in a full morning skate this morning and will be a game-time decision tonight.
"He looked great; it is just a matter of making sure he feels good this afternoon and feels real confident going into that game, andthat he can go out and play the way he needs to play" said Yeo of Bouchard.
If Bouchard can't go tonight, the Wild will be forced to use seven defensemen, as forward Casey Wellman will miss his second straight game with a wrist injury.
"See him (Casey) shoot the puck. I would rather play with guys that are ready to go out and battle the way that we need them to," added Yeo.
