THE RECRUITING SEASON shifted into a new phase on Sunday, with Washington State coaches hitting the recruiting trail. In the coming weeks, Cougar coaches will, in living rooms, high schools and junior colleges aplenty, be working to put the finishing touches on the 2013 class.
