Sports With Mr. Factoid:
Lee Corso is a funny guy. He understands how to play up to the crowd on ESPN's College Gameday, and he's very good at it.
This morning Corso had a bit of a slip up, dropping the outlawed f*ck expletive live on air. I say slip up, but to me it sounded like that's really what he wanted to say. Oops.
I found the reaction of Chris Fowler to be the best part of the video beyond Lee's "ah, **** it
BEST OF MAXIM
AROUND THE WEB
If this isn't further proof that this guy has started to lose his faculties...well, it is. Corso is off his rocker. The reactions of Kirk Herbstreit and Chris Fowler priceless.
The best part of this Lee Corso moment is Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit's reaction on ESPN's College Gameday. Watch:
Auburn will host ESPN College GameDay on Saturday, Nov. 26 prior to the Auburn-Alabama game. The traveling pre-game show which features ESPN commentators Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard and Erin Andrews, will make its third appearance at Auburn in the last four years and fifth appearance on campus since 2004.
Warning: As the title suggests, the following video contains a word you cannot say on television. Viewer discretion, etc.
ESPN has allowed Lee Corso pretty free rein over its GameDay set over the last two decades, up to and including firing off guns in a crowded setting on more than one occasion . But an on-air F-bomb? Shame, shame, shame.
Hamming it up as usual to close this morning...
