[Falcons] Falcons Agree To Terms With Ex-Titans TE Ben Hartsock

The Falcons have agreed to terms with TE Ben Hartsock, formerly of the Titans. Hartsock, 27, caught 12 passes for 138 yards and no TDs as Bo Scaife's top backup in 2007. He'll block and play on all phases of special teams, but if the Falcons think they're getting a legit starter here, they'll be disappointed.
