Nice work Kellex! I know of that web 2.0 directory, it's very good!

    NBAtipoff.com

But does any of this matter if your content is crap. People read blogs bc of content. I don't think everything else is as important.

  4. kellex // June 20, 2008 10:25 AM

Completely agree Michael...but I touched on content in the first list. :P

  5. DCScrap // June 20, 2008 10:37 AM

nice effort, though I don't agree with all of them

  6. Sports Tsar // June 20, 2008 3:36 PM

whats the benefit to your blog of adding the ShowIP and URL Fixer add-ons for firefox?

  7. kellex // June 20, 2008 4:20 PM

URL fixer just helps with frustrations in typing addresses. Efficiency!

And ShowIP helped me when I needed to forward Blogger to my custom domain. You never know when you'll need an IP.

  8. Sports Tsar // June 20, 2008 5:43 PM

ahh yes efficiency... how could i pass that up, being a freshly minted economics major!

  9. jeremy // June 20, 2008 9:11 PM

nice list, should help me improve traffic. also what do you feel about beacherreport.com

  10. kellex // June 21, 2008 12:10 AM

I actually like bleacher report. I don't read it all that often because I read a ton of other blogs, but as a general sports blog I think it is run very well.

  11. Melvin // June 22, 2008 2:17 AM

great tips dude... btw, i am always feeling this blog is three times better if you are using a different comment type form.. everything except blogger's... ;-)

  12. kellex // June 22, 2008 10:01 AM

    Soon Melvin, soon. :)

  13. SoxAddict // June 23, 2008 7:43 AM

How does the 'ShowIP' firefox extension help? I just don't get how much good knowing the IP address of a website would be.

  14. EasyProfitPack // November 4, 2008 12:58 AM

    Thanks for the tips!

Man, there are so many, I think trying out half of them will be good enough!

I want to start a blog that is based on racing and football, need to see how that goes.
