Hairston In, Janish Out

Jerry Hairston Jr. was activated from the DL as expected today, making Paul Janish expendable. Janish just couldn't catch up to major league pitching so obviously he was the main choice to go although his is by far the best out of any Reds shortstop.

I do find it funny that although Corey Patterson hasn't hit at all this year he still gets a ton of playing time because of his defense while Janish couldn't get more than 13 starts during his 38 or so games on the major league roster.

BallHype: hype it up!
