MLS Power Poll - Week 13
Blue Blooded Journo Power Poll is a weekly poll of all the BBJ bloggers. The rankings are compiled to form one composite list.
Must be vacation week, as I’m flying solo. RSL’s 4 point week jumps them up 4 spots. Chicago drops to their lowest rank since week one. LA reaches a season high, as does Toronto (tied with week 6), while Dallas drops to a season low. KC is the only former number one to appear in the bottom two (DC also if you include the preseason rankings).

Composite Comments
New England Revolution:
(Mark S) Bad week (one point in two games), yet still better than Chicago.
Columbus Crew:
(Mark S) After a four game scoreless stretch, appear to be bouncing back.
Toronto FC:
(Mark S) Survived losing 5 players to international duty, look to return to winning.
Los Angeles Galaxy:
(Mark S) Well, they definitely know how to score goals.
Chicago Fire:
(Mark S) The slump continues. Can they pull the trigger on McBride and turn it around?
Houston Dynamo:
(Mark S) A visit from Dallas is just what the doctor ordered.
Real Salt Lake:
(Mark S) Could this be the year they finally make the playoffs?
DC United:
(Mark S) Dangerous at home (5-2-0, 19 goals scored), not so much on the road (1-5-1, 5 goals scored).
New York Red Bulls:
(Mark S) Despite the shortages at forward, managed four points in two games this week.
Colorado Rapids:
(Mark S) Firing John Murphy will not cure what ails this team.
CD Chivas USA:
(Mark S) Razov finally returning to health.
FC Dallas:
(Mark S) Can a college coach get this slump turned around?
Kansas City Wizards:
(Mark S) No magic here.
San Jose Earthquakes:
(Mark S) A trip to Chicago is not what these guys need right now.
