Colt Brennan slowed down enough to express gratitude for being named to The Associated Press All-America third team.
“There’s nothing normal about my life right now,” said Brennan, who plans to participate in Sunday’s graduation ceremony. “I’m trying to get my thesis done.”
This is final exam week. UH resumes practicing Thursday.
Of being named to the A-A third team, Brennan said: “Obviously, it’s a great honor. I’m really excited. Anytime you get recognition it’s nice.”
Davone Bess also was named to the third team.
“I’m thankful,” Bess said. “I give praise to my coaches and teammates. I’m going to try to work my way to second or first team next year.”
