DAKINE Introduces New Team Members

DAKINE introduced the new members of its 2009 International Snowboard Team namely, Austin Smith, Phil Damianakes, Wille Yli-Luoma, and Annie Boulanger.

In a press release, Snow Marketing Manager Randy Torcom said that they are honored to have the chance to work with some of the leading names in snowboarding.

Prior to joining the DAKINE’s roster of riders, Smith’s name has been making a buzz in the industry for winning Transworld’s Rookie of the Year award. Meanwhile, his fellow newcomers have made their presence known in the industry by being featured in various snowboarding films.

The newcomers will be joining the current line up of the 2009 DAKINE International Snowboard Team, which consists of Juuso Laivisto, Leanne Pelosi, Drew Fuller, Bryan Fox, Markku Koski, Erik Christensen, Wolle Nyvelt, Josh Dirksen, Chris Coulter, Janna Meyen, and Antti Autti.
