Judge Disallows Man's Name Change to "Peyton Manning"

If you've sucked down one beer too many and make a bet that if Peyton Manning wins a Super Bowl, you'll legally change your name to Peyton Manning, you should have to follow through with it no matter what the legal system says. A judge said she won't allow it "Because it would be too confusing and might infringe on the privacy of the Indianapolis Colts quarterback." Fine, but but that guy should still refer himself as Peyton Manning and be forced to wear a Colts Jersey, fake hair, mustache (like Manning in the Sprint commercial), and add the words laser-rocket to everything he says.
