Back in the day, Penny Hardaway was the next big thing and he was a sick baller. This led to a huge Nike ad campaign and the creation of Lil' Penny, but unfortunately for everyone Penny blew out his knee and was never the same player. Now, without his star, Lil' Penny has been forced to turn to drugs and alcohol. Check out the video.
