It's time to have some fun in the NBA as we are set to see the NBA All-Star game. Where the NBA's best players just score, score, and score and lay it all on the line. This year the NBA All-Star game comes to you from the Toyota Center in Houston Texas. Home of the Houston Rockets. You better believe that James Harden, from the Houston Rockets, will be there. Last year was a shootout win for the west and expect the same this year. Let's first give you the players and then a prediction
Eastern All-Stars
PG/SG from the Miami Heat: Dwayne Wade
SG/SF from the Miami Heat: LeBron James
PF/C from the Miami Heat: Chris Bosh
PF/C from the Boston Celtics: Kevin Garnett
SF from the New York Knicks: Carmelo Anthony
That is the Starting lineup for the East. Now let's look at the bench players for the East.
C from the New York Knicks: Tyson Chandler
SF from the Chicago Bulls: Luol Deng
SF from the Indiana Pacers: Paul George
PG from the Philadelphia 76ers: Jrue Holiday
PG from the Cleveland Cavaliers: Kyrie Irving
C from the Brooklyn Nets: Brook Lopez
C from the Chicago Bulls: Joakim Noah
Western All-Stars
PG from the Los Angeles Clippers: Chris Paul
PF/C from Los Angeles Clippers: Blake Griffin
SG from the Los Angeles Lakers: Kobe Bryant
C from the Los Angeles Lakers: Dwight Howard
SF from the Oklahoma City Thunder: Kevin Durant
That is the Starting lineup for the West. Now let's look at the bench players for the West.
PF from the Portland Trailblazers: LaMarcus Aldridge
PF/C from the San Antonio Spurs: Tim Duncan
PG/SG from the Houston Rockets: James Harden
PF/C from the Golden State Warriors: David Lee
PG from the San Antonio Spurs: Tony Parker
PF from the Memphis Grizzlies: Zach Randolph
PG from the Oklahoma City Thunder: Russel Westbrook
Prediction: I am going to have to give a slight edge to the West. The East has been a mess. They lost their true Point Guard and star in Rondo when he went down with a torn ACL. Instead of replacing him with Kyrie Irving who is a Point Guard they replace him with two Center in Brook Lopez and Chris Bosh. They put Bosh in the starting lineup and keep Kyrie Irving on the bench. Well who is the starting Point Guard now in the East. From what I can tell it might be D-Wade or LeBron. Are you kidding me. Those two guys could be a Point Guard but are too big and over dribble a lot. I don't see how that can work. Plus I also don't see how K.G. and Carmelo Anthony can work together. With those tow at each other's throats last month I don't see how those two can go without a second of arguing and not getting along. The West has in my opinion, better players in CP3 and Kobe Bryant. They also have Kevin Durant who will be making incredible shots and scoring all night long. They can all work together well. The Western All-Star players have more experience in the All-Star game than the Eastern All-Star players. Half of the Eastern Conference roster is making their All-Star game debut. With more experience and chemistry, this All-Star game shall go to the Western Conference with Kobe Bryant becoming a 5-time yes 5-time All-Star game MVP. Final Score: West wins 147-135
