What's going on Yardbarker nation? Here is a video of me doing an open workout for the local media in my hometown. My team shot this before I left to Big Bear. There's less then two weeks left before I get in the ring with Martin Honorio. The workouts that I do are intense and will prepare me for battle. If the fight goes the distance, I will be ready.

What's up yardbakers? Only a couple of more weeks until fightnight. I'm going through my last few days of sparring. Been getting some good work with Sugar Shane Mosley and Jose Celaya. During this time, its all about light sparring and getting my timing down, staying crisp. I'm on weight so that wont be a problem. My team and I have been looking at film of Hornorio and we see some flaws. We have a nice game plan set for him. I'll be ready..

Well yardbarkers, its been a couple of weeks since my last blog. I've just been training real hard. I've had to make the adjustments to the altitude while training up here in Big Bear for the first time in my career. It's a totally different ball game training in this altitude. I didn't really realize it until I had my first sparring session. But now that I've been up here for a couple of weeks my body is used to it. I feel real strong right now. I'm currently staying at Sugar Shane Mosley's training facility where I'm getting great work sparring with him and some others. Shane is an amazing athlete and I'm feeding off his energy. Everything is going great and I will be ready for fight night come Sept 15th. Time to get back on it and I'll do my best to answer back on all your comments. Thank you for the support...

Here you go yardbarkers. This is the way I wrap my hands before I start hitting the bags. I'm doing it myself in this video, but on fight night, I have my trainer do it. I just got done running and I'm off to the gym. As you all might know, I'm not fighting Rocky Juarez anymore. This is boxing and sometimes things like this happen. No matter what I'm going to bring my A game to the table on Sept 15th, and who ever they put in front of me, .......words cant describe how I'm going to fight him. Yardbarkers check it out. When running and doing roadwork for boxing there is a proper way to go about your jog. In this video I explain how it should be done. This is a grinding mountain in my hometown of Gilroy CA that I've been running since I was a kid. I've shed blood and guts on this hill to get to the top. Check it out.

Hello yardbarkers. Training camp has started this week and I'm feeling great. I've brought in some very talented sparring partners from Salinas and Fresno. I'm in great shape and I'm getting good work. My timing is on point and I look to continue a great camp leading up to fight night.
