What's good?! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I spent mine out in LA, always nice to sleep a few days in a row in my own bed! Fall time is always crazy with travel, so, it was definitely nice to be home. 

Anyway, I can't believe Entourage is over! I know a lot of people didn't love the ending to it, but I thought it was GREAT! Had no issues with it at all. Loved that call Ari had after the credits too! I think the movie is going to be AWESOME. Thanks so everyone involved in Entourage for a GREAT 8 seasons! 

I spent some time last week in Chicago and had a blast! I did a few appearances for STX, and got to kick it with my boy Steve Brooks for a bit, which was fun! Shout out to the Lax Co for having us out! 

I saw Kevin Hart's "Laugh at my Pain" on Friday night and it was HILARIOUS! If you're a Kev Hart fan (and even if you're not) get to that movie ASAP! Dude is out of control, and I'd put his stand up right next to Eddie Murphy Raw. I had a head ache and stomach ache when I got out of the movie from laughing so hard! It's worth your time, go check it out! 

I/m spending most of my time this week out of town, but it should be a fun trip! I'm heading up to Portland to hit a few STX appearances and get over to Nike for a few meetings and training sessions, which is always a good time. Then, I'm heading to Denver for a clinic, which I'm going to tell you all all about in a different blog later in the week, so, I'll hold off explaining for now. 

Pumped the Ravens grabbed a W to start the season off, and it was even better that it was against Pittsburgh! It's early in the season clearly, but it was nice to see the offense clicking and putting up points! Ray Lewis, Ed Reed and the rest of the D looked great too, but we've come to expect that from that side of the ball! Another big one coming up this weekend, can't wait to watch. 

Thats about all I've got for now! Time to run around town and get a few errands done!

YB!! What's going on?! Hope you all have been well! I'm back after a 3 month hiatus! I apologize for not checking in more often and keeping you all updated with everything that has been going on! It's been a CRAZY summer, and I can't believe it's over already! It literally flew by! I honestly don't even know where to start, so, I'll dive right in!

For starters, I launched my new head, the Stallion a few weeks ago! It's my 3rd head with STX and it is 100% my best yet! I'm VERY proud of it, and it comes in TONS of colors! Speaking of LXM PRO, we've had two events this summer, one in Orange County CA, and one in Baltimore MD! My team won one game and lost one game, so we've GOT to get a W in Oct to get the upper hand! I've enjoyed playing with my boys Rhamel and Shamel Bratton, and we've added a handful more of really talented players to the tour this year! Oct 9th will 100% be the two best LXM PRO rosters yet, and will be the most competitive game we've had so far. I can't wait to get out on the field and get after it! What are you all watching on TV right now? Tough to think Entourage only has one episode left! I honestly haven't really enjoyed this season, but I'm loyal to that show so I've gotten through it. Interested to see how it all ends next weekend! True Blood on the other hand has been off the chains this season! That season finale is going to be ridiculous! I can't wait for How to Make it in America, and Boardwalk Empire to start back up! Both previews look amazing. You all ever seen the show Tanked about the guys in Vegas who make custom fish tanks? That show is awesome, got sucked into a marathon of it last weekend! 

I've got some pretty cool things to announce about beats headphones, but I'm going to hold off for about a month to make the post! You all are gonna dig it though, I hope...

Thats about all I've got for now! Just started to get fired up for the football season and to watch the RAVENS go to work! Big one this weekend! I'm heading to Chi-town tomorrow for a few days for some STX events, so it should be a fun week!

Well, I this game has completely taken over the little free time that I have! If you're at Hip Hop fan, this game is a MUST HAVE!!!! It was an Xmas present from my girlfriend and I've put in some serious time on it already! I got a little too into it at the end of one of my performances (We Takin Over), and she snapped this picture! Don't hate, I was feeling it! Happy Holidays!!! 

Hey!!!!! Happy Holidays! How has everyones December been? Mine has been GREAT! Strangely enough, I've spent most of December in LA! First time I've been here for 4 weeks straight in a few years! It's been amazing! From getting in a serious work out routine with my boys over at Zone Ready, to shooting lax balls everyday, to hooping, to catching up on movies, it's been GREAT. 

This will be my first Christmas not back in Baltimore, so it should be a little strange! It's going to take a lot of getting used to the warm weather during December, it feels very awkward. Where's the snow? Coldest it gets out here in LA is around 55, and thats late a night! Usually around 65-70 all day! My girlfriend has been trying to convince me to go ice skating over in Santa Monica, and I've been fighting it off for weeks now! I'll probably have to give in and go this week, but I won't be happy about it. But, I'm excited to have my family come out and spend some time out here during the holidays! I'm sure they'll be just as confused about the warm weather during Dec as I am. 

Anyone asking for anything good for Christmas? I actually couldn't come up with too much that I want or need for Xmas! Just happy my family and friends are healthy and I'm getting to spend a lot of time with them all! Speaking of, my girlfriend and I volunteered at the children's Xmas carnival in Santa Monica last week and it was a BLAST! Tons of kids came out and every child left with at least two presents! Highlight of the day was when a kid came through and received a Leggo Helicopter set and started GOING CRAZY!!! Screaming, jumping up and down and saying thats exactly what he asked Santa for! It was AWESOME! Presents are given away randomly, so it was amazing that it worked out that way. Haven't that happy since my niece started flipping out when she saw someone dressed up in a Hello Kitty costume in ATL a few months ago and sprinted over for a bit hug. 

Anyone got big holiday plans? Anyone traveling anywhere cool? Got some good new years resolutions? 

By the way, got any Wayne fans out there? Did you catch him on SNL?!?! He shut it down, as usual.

Hey guys! I know it's been awhile since I've hollered, and I apologize for that! I've been running around more than normal for the past month or so! On this most recent road trip, I was in Baltimore, NYC, Myrtle Beach and Atlanta! What a trip.

Anyway, as always, during the Thanksgiving break, I got to sit around and watch A LOT of sports after eating entirely too much. It got me to thinking, what do you all think is the absolute best feeling an athlete can have? What moment, in what sport? I've been really fortunate in that I've scored game winning goals in overtime in big games, I've had the opportunity to score in a National Championship game and jog around the field while holding the trophy over my head, and I've had the opportunity to listen to the National Anthem while standing on the sidelines wearing a USA jersey about to play in the Gold Medal game. Those are some of the absolute BEST and proudest moments I've had as an athlete, and it got me thinking about HUGE moments in other sports and how amazing it must feel. Here are some of the moments I came up with, in no particular order...

1. Hitting a walk off home run in the first extra inning in the World Series

2. Throwing a perfect touchdown pass into double coverage to win the Super Bowl in overtime.

3. A boxer getting beat up all fight and knocked down every round, and landing a knock out blow in the final round for the in.

4. Scoring the final shot of PK's in the World Cup to give your team the W

5. Fadeaway jumper, game 7 in the Finals, game-winner. (Def my favorite out of these)

What do you think some of the best moments are an athlete could have???
