DeMarcus needs a demerit.

Sacramento Kings starting center DeMarcus Cousins leads the NBA with 12 technical fouls. The season isn’t even half over yet.  I could understand and forgive maybe one or two technical fouls, but 12! That is an obvious sign of immaturity. If he gets four more he faces an automatic suspension by the league. In his most recent technical DeMarcus used a choice word that rhymes with truck to insult an NBA referee. He was ejected at halftime.

Since he isn’t seven years old and is only acting like he is, you cannot put him in the corner on timeout. You’re not his parent so you can’t spank him. If I were the Kings I would levy a hefty fine against him so he knows his behavior is childish and unacceptable. Then I would put him on the trade market. The Kings are a young team in terms of talent and age. They cannot afford to be a young team in terms of temperament.

DeMarcus you are acting like a spoiled baby. It’s time you take your bratty behavior out of Sacramento. No more detention. No more demotions. No more DeMarcus.
