In a fight that proved the Klitschkos are the kings of the ring, Vitali Klitschko came back from a reallllly long lay off to soundly defeat Samuel Peter for one of the heavyweight title belts.
Which belt? Does it really matter?
The point is that one of me favorite fighters, and favorite Klitschko for that matter, is back to......well muddle the division....but he's still back.
Watching Vitali fight is a joy. Sure, he's not the most fluid of movers, but shoot his fights in black in white and show it too an old timer and no one would be the wiser. Vitali is a throwback, old school, hard bunching boxer-puncher with solid ring moves and a good chin.
Nice to have him back in he picture, even if it means we won't have a real heavyweight champion any time soon. We probably weren't going to have one anyway!
