What's up yardbakers. I'm working hard, getting ready for the big day Nov 3rd on Showtime. Staying in shape, sharp and ready to go. They should be announcing the location and venue any day now. Stay tuned for an update.

being that you've trained with Sugar Shane before, what do you think of him admitting to using steroids??

I mean he felt it in his heart to say that. But I think he was being honest in say he didnt know that the cream was jucie. He's still a great person and if you know him you know that he is a great person with a lot of heart. Sugar Shane is someone I look up to.
