On October, 12 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, the Fast & Dangerous 3.0 GYM boxing series kicks off headlined by the IBF super middleweight title eliminator between Quebec favorite Adonis "Superman" Stevenson (18-1-0, 15 KOs) and American invader Donovan "Da Bomb" George (23-2-1, 20 KOs). The winner between these two powerful hitters will automatically become the mandatory challenger to IBF champion Carl Froch. Stevenson vs. George was originally slated for the season-ending Friday Night Fights card, however, Stevenson withdrew due to injury shortly before the contest. Froch just announced his plans to fight Yusaf Mack this fall, and then is headed towards a rematch with Lucian Bute in the spring. So the winner will either have to wait quite some time to face the champion, or will end up in position to fight for a vacated or interim strap.
