LONDON, Feb.20-In the story that won’t die, Dereck Chisora is bringing more attention to boxing’s Heavyweight Division than it has seen in decades.

The problem is that what started out as an arrogant act has morphed into the theater of the absurd. Today, the British Boxing Board of Control issued the following statement on their website.
