LAS VEGAS - SEPTEMBER 16: Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. appears during the final news conference for his bout against Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino September 16, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. To say Floyd Mayweather Jr. is not the best conditioned boxer alive would be a very hard pressed thing for me not to admit. There has only been one other person who I’ve seen up close that could hold a candle to the non stop frenetic pace of a Mayweather workout (funny thing is, it’s Manny Pacquiao…go figure) and while you may hear constant screams of “all work is easy work,” and “hard work, dedication,” the proof is in the pudding. Yesterday at the Mayweather boxing club, Mayweather worked out non stop for the better part of two hours. No one minute breaks, no rounds seperated by three minutes. He would switch between mitts with his uncle Roger, the body shield and the heavy bag. If you have never witnessed it before, it makes you realize why Mayweather is the world’s best boxer and highest paid athlete. His work ethic is second to none. Below find his full media workout; If you’re a first time Mayweather workout viewer, prepare to have your mind blown. You thought that was it huh...
