Manny Pacquiao may have a bigger issue -- a much bigger issue than getting Floyd Mayweather into the boxing ring -- as it's being reported that it's possible that Pacquiao could end up going to jail.

According to the Washington Times, officials from the Philippines Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) -- the same as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) -- have filed a criminal complaint against Pacquiao after he reportdley failed to produce documents to investigators clearing up allegations of discrepancies in his 2010 tax returns.
BIR commissioner Kim Henares reportedly explained on a Philippines radio station that Pacquiao had long ignored repeated request for copies, which forced the BIR to file the complaint against Pacquiao.
The BIR wants to investigate 33 tax records having to do with Pacquiao annual income for 2010.
Pacquiao has sent said he will fully cooperate with the investigation, but needs more time to gather up the information for the BIR. It also appears that the BIR is growing more tired of the "extra time" Pacquiao claims he needs to provide them with the correct paperwork.
