No.3 North Carolina played inspiring ball this weekend as the Tar Heels won the series, defeating No. 2 Florida State, 2-1, in 10 innings on Sunday. North Carolina scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the 10th when FSU's John Gast walked Tarheel Mark Fleury with the bases loaded. North Carolina won the last two games of the series after losing the first game, 11-4. I'm guessing North Carolina will be No.2 in the nation now.
