#19 Indiana destroyed by Purdue, #7 UCLA barely escapes last place ASU

The Indiana Hoosiers have been up and down this season, and tonight was one of those down nights. With star DJ White nearly ending up in a fight at the beginning of the game, the Hoosiers were beaten badly by the hustling Boilermakers 81-68.

Meanwhile, in the Pac-10, #7 UCLA was pushed all the way to the edge by last place and no win Arizona State. The poor Sun Devils were in this one the whole time, but couldn't get over the hump against the mighty Bruins, losing 67-61. UCLA was again led by Aaron Afflalo's 24 points, while Darren Collison added 18. Arizona got 14 points from Joseph Pendergraph and 11 from Allen Morill.

That PAC 10 basketball is legit, let me tell you. The shits of the league played well at home vs the Bruins. What was UCLA, 10-10 on the line tonight? That is how you win championships.

The Bruins took care of business today too, destroying a streaking #24 Arizona team 81-66. Arizona is in trouble now, after dropping two in a row to the LA schools.
