"Right now I have five offers. They are from Albany, Vermont, Denver offered a couple weeks ago, Rice, and Air Force."
Bohannon is still in the process of working out what schools he will be seeing on officials.
"I was just going over that with my family this weekend with some of the dates and the schools that I am narrowing it down to. Right now, I don't have anything setup for official visits."
..."I am still waiting to hear from Davidson and Drake. Those are two schools that were recruiting me the hardest before the offers came. Cornell actually offered all they could academically and financial aid wise. They can't give athletic scholarships."
...
"For the most part, I've narrowed it down to these final schools. I still am hearing from a few other schools. There is also Wisconsin offering a walk on spot and possible earning a scholarship after the second year. Unless something new comes to the table soon, I will take three or four visits and narrow it down."
The option in Madison is something that Bohannon is looking into.
"For the most part, I am considering it. I will take an unofficial visit to see if all the coaches are on the same page. They saw me play at the Wisconsin team camp. Coach Close was the one that talked to me about that."
Bohannon's older brother, Jason, will be a senior if he decided to follow him to Wisconsin.
"If I went there, I'd redshirt my first year. For the most part, it would be him showing me around and helping me make the transition from high school to college. It would be nice to play with him but unlikely because I want to play."
Also, Albany has extended an offer to 6-7 power forward Gavin Glanton of Forrest City, Arkansas. Tulane, Middle Tennessee, Arkansas State, Central Arkansas, Murray State and UL-Monroe (who has also offered) are all interested.
Gavin's great on and off the court abilities haven't gone unnoticed, as he has drawn the interest of schools such as Arkansas State, Central Arkansas, Tulane, Middle Tennessee State, and Murray State; while getting offers from Albany and ULM. Both Albany and ULM are tied for Gavin's commitment, but he does plan on coming to Monroe for the season opening football game versus Alabama A&M in early September.
