um, Duke lost every inkling they had of an inside game... not sure how this constitutes "better."

They're better mostly because they were terrible last year. Maybe not terrible but average at best and very overrated.

They will get 2nd in the ACC and make it to the Sweet 16. Mark my words Dewey from Scary Movie. Not bad for a team with mostly freshmen and sophomores.

Did you read what I wrote? I give Duke props. I say they're "much better," and that they very well could go into conference play undefeated.

That said, for the third year in a row my boys from 'Nova could take 'em down! We can only hope that they'll have a chance to settle it on the court one of these years...

Better as in 20-and-10 man Kyle Singler. Better as in DeMarcus Nelson is actually playing closer to his potential (he is the all-time scoring leader in the history of CA high school basketball). Better as in the "special," uncoordinated Paulus has help bringing the ball up the floor. Better as in some McDonald's All-American Freshmen comes off the bench and blazes the nets for 27 points after averaging two minutes the previous five games. Better as in Gerald Henderson and Jon Scheyer are both averaging double figures and still aren't among the first three scoring options. Their inside game is a work in progress with Lance Thomas and Brian Zoubek, but Singler has been grabbing plenty of boards to help them out from the three position. Don't hate because you're jealous.

They developed Lance Thomas on the inside as well as Zoubek - they still have McClure, Mcroberts (as much as I loved having him) didn't prefer to play the inside anyways. AND the guards are WAY better this year than last year - Henderson and DeMarcus are more than capable of guarding the bigs. Look at the Illinois game...

I live in Wisconsin, but i am a much bigger Marquette fan. I must admit, while MU did play pretty good against the Blue Devils, Duke looked like they were in mid season form. It will be a great game, but i am rooting for Wisconsin.

I have faith in Dukes ability to suck. This years the same as every year, they overachieve early and underachieve in the tourney. Cant wait for another second round exit
