The NCAA is accusing Kelvin Sampson and Indiana of five major violations, which could result in postseason ineligibility or Sampson's dismissal. A NCAA report released today accuses Indiana Hoosiers basketball coach Kelvin Sampson and his staff of violating numerous recruiting rules and restrictions.
