Heels need 2 OT's to finally defeat Clemson

Clemson's heart was again broken in the Dean Dome tonight, as the losing streak to the Heels on the road continued for the Tigers. Even after leading the entire game, Clemson was unable to end the 53 game losing streak to UNC at the Dean Dome, after the Heels tied up the game with under 2 minutes left to force OT. Tyler Hansbrough scored 39 points while Wayne Ellington had 28 as they bounced back from the loss on Wednesday to Duke. Quentin Thomas played a nice game in his second start for the injured Ty Lawson, but it definitely took all of the Heels to turn Cliff Hammonds' 31 points and Clemson's attempt to defeat them.

The Heels also lost Marcus Ginyard to an ankle injury, so the ONLY PG they have is Thomas. Wow!

It's definitely been tough that's for sure.
