The NCAA is accusing Kelvin Sampson and Indiana of five major violations, which could result in postseason ineligibility or Sampson's dismissal. Sampson was already under sanctions for previous violations of the same rule, and one would think the NCAA will not be pleased that he didn't learn his lesson the first time.
