The NCAA is accusing Kelvin Sampson and Indiana of five major violations, which could result in postseason ineligibility or Sampson's dismissal. Sampson was already under sanctions for previous violations of the same rule, and one would think the NCAA will not be pleased that he didn't learn his lesson the first time.

maybe the General knew the sh-- was about to hit the fan at IU so he resigned at Texas Tech to go back to IU; it's not as crazy as it seems.
