thats funny, because there are i can think of a handfull that is better than him...eric gordon, roy hibbert, michael beasley, oj mayo, and the pg from memphis, forgot his name)

Roy Hibbert is the biggest joke in college basketball. 7'2 and he gets 6 rebounds a game and less than 12 pts per game. Hibbert will be a bust in the NBA too.

  • Are you crazy? Hibbert will not be a bust in the NBA John Thompson Jr is teaching him the Princeton Offense. He will understand backscreens and backdoor cuts. The Influx of Eurpoeans have changed the game. These skills will be key. Look how shack still makes teamates better by his passing skills. Plus you cant teach 7'2. And when is the last big man to attend georgetown that was a bust. Ewing,Mutombo,Morning,Sweetney,Harrington it just doesn't happen. That's interesting that you say Kevin Love is the best big man in college. I don't know college that well but I know Kevin Love is trash and Hansboro is just a step above trash. Neither of those cats will do well in the NBA. The greed of the NCAA and prejudice of the NBA is ruining basketball. Both products are pretty much garbage right now. If Stern didn't go global when he did the NBA would be in trouble. I cant respect a player like Kevin Love cause he would be unheard of if the black athelete wasn't leaving college so early. The talent in college is so weak that Butler and other teams that got guys who stay all four years will and have begun to be more dominate in the NCAA tounament. Then the underdeveloped money hungry black athelete goes to the NBA and waters down the league. They are recruiting little innercity black kids as early as 7th and 8th grade to come to their schools. I feel the NBDL is the answer to both the NCAA's problems and the NBA. Let the youn g talented black athelete get developed in the NBDL instead of cruching the NCAA like the guy from K state and Gordon and so many other freshman and then let Hansboro and Kevin Love and the point guard from Michingan State rule the NCAA's and and get a nine to five afterwards like the rest of us cause they cant take that trash to the next level. Look at J.J Reddick the highest scoring player ever in NCAA history. Getting 8 minutes agame or less for Orlando till his contract runs out and he gets released. Give me a break.
  • Everybody should have the right to earn a living. Why do the "black" athelete have to be money hungry. when white kids forego college to pursue minor leagues they are hometown heroes i take it. or, hockey they aren't money hungry. or golf, soccer, tennis at 12 or 14 because the parents may have better means to provide whose money hungry in those instances. If someone was going to pay you a million dollors a year to dunk, rebound or shoot (everybody can't dunk) a basketball or you had the option to keep your salaried or hourly job what would you do? Right, you would ask where do I sign. So, you can't be mad when you ask a "black" kid would you want go to college and dunk for peanuts (a scholarship) or come to the nba and you can at least eat. colleges make billions and the ahteletes get $O. Don't hate the players hate the game. Kevin Love in the NBA is going to be a more skilled Scot Pollard and Hansbrough is going to be a less skilled Christian Laettner.

Ummm How about Michael Beasley. He's on a team that was not in the fianl 4 last year

Love's ability down low in the post is better than Beasley.

Beasley is a great player too though.
