Draymond Green posted his second double-double in as many exhibition games with 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Raymar Morgan (ankle), Chris Allen (groin) and Delvon Roe (head) sat out the game due to injury.

Michigan State closes its two-game exhibition slate with a game against Grand Valley State. The Spartans defeated Northwood 76-45 in the first exhibition game without the services of Chris Allen and Raymar Morgan. Following the game against the Lakers, MSU will open the 2009-10 season on Friday against Florida Gulf Coast.
