Ohio State loses to Division II Findlay

Apparently the Big Ten schools should pick on someone their own size. They can't beat teams smaller than them apparently. Ohio State was the latest victim in a shameful 70-68 loss to a D-II school Findlay Tuesday.

Earlier in the week No. 8 Michigan State lost to Grand Valley State 85-82 in double overtime.

And lest we forget: Michigan began its football season with a 34-32 loss to D-IAA (FCS) foe Appalachian State.

In the Buckeyes' defense, they return only one starter from last year's team that lost in the National Championship game to Florida. But come on, D-II?!?!

Now people have to got wonder if the parity in this season of college football will also transfer to the basketball court.

Ouch!

I'm surprised this and the Mich. St. losses aren't getting as much attention as Michigan losing to App. St. did earlier in the year.

Really? Then you must not follow either sport bro...! Huge difference between the two, App St. leaving the big house with a win (during regular season) was an embarrassment to the Big 11 Ten. Now any loss in an "exhibiton" game from a top rated school shouldnt go un noticed, but I wouldnt read into it too much. If your telling me that Mich. State & The Ohio State loosing in an "exhibition" game is going to reflect on how their seasons pan out, then your crazy! How many games are in the regular season in NCAA Football? Ya, not even close to the regular season in NCAA Basketball...besides, its not even a reflection of their regular season record! Your suprised? Come on, and your a Jayhawker's fan??? Shouldnt you have an article to right on Kansas Football, I mean (undefeated) and you think Ohio State or Mich. State losing in an "exhibiton" game is more worthy? I suddenly feel sorry for the Real Jayhawk fans who you reflect. Ah hmmm....

Typically I "write" articles, not "right" them. And I am a Jayhawk fan, not Jayhawker fan.
Look I get what you're saying. Maybe I'm a little bitter because of all the national attention drawn to KU losing to Oral Roberts last year (like you're bitter about yours â€" thus the angry comment). I know from that game that there's still plenty of time to bounce back. KU was still a No. 1 seed in the tournament.
But even in an exhibition game this shouldn't be happening... especially in the Big Ten and SEC.
And I'm pretty sure everyone's busy braggin about the football team. Do we really need one more person being the team's own Flavor Flav?

The game doesnt even count.
