Stanfurd "Axes" us again...Cal basketball loses 79-69
It's the same story, we're unable to convert on offense when we need to and are useless at stopping the Lopez twins. Ryan Anderson, the Pac-10's leading scorer, was held scoreless in the first half after launching 3 airballs and being completely flustered from the height of the Lopez twins. In their previous match-up, the twins completely took him out of the game. Last night was no different, but Anderson still managed to score 15 points, and was aided by Patrick Christopher's 15. The loss now caps a great season for the Cardinal, as they swept the regular season match-ups in basketball and football.
