Greivis Vasquez, the fiery and enigmatic guard who led Maryland in scoring, rebounding and assists last season, has decided to withdraw from the NBA draft and return for his senior season with the Terps. Maryland guard Eric Hayes said Vasquez's decision further brightens the outlook for next season. "We have a chance to have a really good season," he said.
