  The exchange rate is 1 euro = 1.6 dollars so he will actually be making more money

    Actually what that exchange rate means is that for every Euro you get you've spent 1.6 dollars, so not the other way around. Therefore if he makes 20 million Euro's hes getting around 12 million dollars, which is less.

  Actually he wont, that 1.6 dollars is how much it takes to get 1 Euro- therefore it basically means it takes more dollars to get less Euro, just sayin.
