Great point. Contrast Wade Phillips's leadership with that of Jack Del Rio who sent linebacker Michael Peterson home from practice for an undisclosed reason. Del Rio also changed locker assignments because he did not like the team chemistry in the locker room. He is not intimidated by players. Tom Coughlin is the same way with Plexico Burress. He is being patient with him, but he is still disciplining him. It may sound "High School", but if an NFL team does not have discipline, they may have great individual statistics, but when the going gets tough they will not perform as a team- like our current Dallas Cowboy team. I hope we can turn it around. It is going to be on Romo to play well and to lead this team. Wade is not getting the job done.
