Sure, the scoreboard told what transpired for the two hours Manhattan College and Iona, two Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference rivals, went toe-to-toe, rebound-for-rebound and player-versus-player in a pivotal conference game. The final: Iona 85, Manhattan 73. The loss did end the Jaspers’ eight-game winning streak, their longest in eight seasons (they won eight straight on two occasions during the 2003-04 season).
