Chris Wroblewski scored 19 points and Cornell beat Columbia 63-60 on Saturday. The Big Red (7-11, 2-2 Ivy League) never trailed after Shonn Miller broke a 56-56 tie on a basket with 5:10 left in the second half. Wroblewski, who went 5 of 5 from the foul line, followed with two free throws about a minute later to push Cornell's margin to four points Columbia cut the lead to 60-59 with 1:49 remaining on two free throws by Noah Springwater. But the Lions (12-8, 1-3) were unable to pull closer after Cornell's Johnathan Gray made two free throws to give the Big Red enough cushion. Gray finished with 12 points and Miller added 10 for Cornell, which ended a two-game losing streak. Brian Barbour led Columbia with 19 points and had five assists, shooting 6 of 15 from the floor. Alex Rosenberg scored 10 points.
