The Oregon Ducks notched the 18th win of the season by downing the Washington State Cougars 78-69 at Matthew Knight Arena on the campus of the University of Oregon. The Ducks were led by E.J. Singler's 23 points as Oregon pulled away in the closing minutes of the tightly contested game.
