LAS VEGAS – Tyreke Evans is a project. The Kings' rookie guard needs to improve his shooting, his passing and his decisionmaking. But when it comes to rookie NBA players and the age-old process of maximizing their abilities, this is the sort of job every bidder wants, like landing the contract on the next Trump Tower on the Strip. Because as the first two games of summer league action showed, investing in Evans pays off.
