According to Draft Express, Louisville senior guard/forward Kyle Kuric has been invited to participate in the 2012 Portsmouth Invitational April 11-14. The annual P.I.T invites 64 of the best college basketball seniors from across the nation to participate in a four-day, twelve game tournament in front of NBA scouts and General Managers.
Kuric is one of many Big East players who have been invited to this year’s P.I.T. He has not formally accepted the invitation, but one can only assume that he will. This will be a great way for Kyle to increase his chances of playing at the next level.

If you don’t already love Chane Behanan and Gorgui Dieng, watch this video and I am sure you will change your mind. Video credits go to our man Adam Lefkoe of WHAS11 who has been covering the Cardinals over the past few weeks during their miraculous run. Gorgui Dieng might be my favorite player of all time. I’m not purpin either.

Both teams won the Big East Tournament and are playing their best basketball of the season in March after up and downs during the regular season. Point guard Peyton Siva is playing his best basketball of his career. Along with Siva the play of big man Chane Behanan and Gorgui Deng has been the difference...

One of the biggest questions for the Louisville defense this spring is finding a replacement for second team All-Big East selection Dexter Heyman at middle linebacker. It appears Charlie Strong's staff has already found an answer after moving junior Preston Brown into Heyman's old slot.
