It came out mid day yesterday that Rainier Beach (Seattle, Washington) guard/forward Shaqquan Aaron would verbally commit somewhere during the night.  Aaron also had offers from Arizona, California, Colorado, and Arizona State.  He was also gaining interest from Syracuse and UCLA.  Many people felt confident that he was going to commit to Louisville because he had just came back from a visit to Louisville’s campus.  Aaron proved those people right as he verbally committed to the Cardinals. Aaron is a 5 star recruit in some polls and a 4 star in others.  In the 247Sports poll he is rated the 15th best prospect in the 2014 class.  Aaron is  6’8 175 lbs which makes people think that he will be more of a forward at the next level.  One of his strengths is his ability to handle the ball which is good for his size.  Aaron will join Quentin Snider, a 4 star recruit out of Ballard High School in Louisville, in the 2014 signing class. Louisville continued their pipeline up in Seattle with this commit.  Aaron is currently attending the same high school that Terrence Williams went to.  Peyton Siva is also from right down the road from Aaron’s high school.
