Louisville’s Kevin Ware Discharged from Hospital; Picks up New Rehab ‘Buddy’ As was expected ‘Louisville’s Kevin Ware discharged from hospital‘ is the headline of the day in college basketball. The sophomore guard was released from Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis where he has surgery to repair the compound fracture that he suffered in Louisville’s Elite Eight game with Duke Sunday. Ware has been in the hospital recovering from Sunday night’s surgery. Before leaving he posted a picture of himself on crutches to Twitter and announced that he was headed to his brother’s house. He is expected to be with his team when they take on Wichita State in the Final Four on Saturday...
