Seventeen Sooners Named Academic All-Big 12

Seventeen Oklahoma Sooners, led by offensive lineman Gabe Ikard, were named to the 2011 Academic All-Big 12 team the conference announced Thursday. OU had 12 first-team selections and five second-team selections and was second among Big 12 Conference members with the 12 first team honors.
